Common questions

When should I renew my 10-year green card?

You can file Form I-90 within 6 months before your card expires, or after it has expired.

When do I file to remove conditions?

Form I-751 is generally filed during the 90 days before your 2-year conditional green card expires.

What if my marriage has ended?

You may still be able to remove conditions by requesting a waiver. Book a call and we can explain your options.

Is the free call with an attorney?

No. The free 20-minute call is with our intake team. They learn about your situation, explain our services and next steps, and can schedule you with an attorney. It is not legal advice. If you want legal advice right away, book a paid 30- or 60-minute consultation with an attorney.

Where are you located?
