With five years of experience in the immigration field—specializing in business immigration—working at Maimone Legal has been a truly unique and rewarding experience. The work culture is casual, laid-back, and very family-oriented, reflecting the values of a family-owned business. Maimone Legal’s focus on E-2 visas provides in-depth exposure to the business side of immigration law. We support foreign nationals in establishing their businesses in the U.S., assisting with LLC and EIN formation, consular processing, and advising on E-2 visa business requirements. This hands-on involvement offers real-world business experience that goes far beyond typical paralegal duties. Though the firm is still young—founded in 2023—we’ve made significant strides in growth and structure. Now in 2025, we’re expanding our team, refining internal systems, and continuing to help clients pursue the American dream through business immigration. Being a paralegal at Maimone Legal means juggling a high volume of work with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. The firm embraces a true open-door policy, and there is plenty of room for professional development and advancement. Overall, it's a dynamic and evolving environment that offers both challenge and opportunity.

Plus, lunch is always a great topic of debate and a wonderful break in the day.
