First-time applicants

Applicants with complications

Past arrests or citations, long trips abroad, tax issues or prior immigration problems. We review your history before you file.

Common questions

When can I apply for citizenship?

Most green card holders can apply after 5 years, or after 3 years if married to and living with a U.S. citizen. You can file up to 90 days early. You also need to meet continuous residence and physical presence requirements.

Do I need a lawyer to apply?

Not always. A lawyer is especially helpful if you have past arrests, long trips outside the U.S., tax issues or anything in your immigration history that could raise questions.

What happens at the interview?

A USCIS officer reviews your application with you and gives the English and civics tests. We help you prepare so you know what to expect.

Is the free call with an attorney?

No. The free 20-minute call is with our intake team. They learn about your situation, explain our services and next steps, and can schedule you with an attorney. It is not legal advice. If you want legal advice right away, book a paid 30- or 60-minute consultation with an attorney.

Where are you located?

Our office is at 550 W. Cypress Creek Rd, Suite 370, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Calls are held online, so you don't need to come in.
