Common questions

Who can sponsor a family member?

U.S. citizens can petition for spouses, fiancé(e)s, children, parents and siblings. Green card holders can petition for spouses and unmarried children. Waiting times depend on the relationship and category.

My spouse is already in the U.S. Can they stay while we apply?

In many cases, spouses of U.S. citizens who entered lawfully can apply for adjustment of status from inside the U.S. We review your spouse's entry and history on the call.

Is the free call with an attorney?

No. The free 20-minute call is with our intake team. They learn about your family's situation, explain our services and next steps, and can schedule you with an attorney. It is not legal advice. If you want legal advice right away, book a paid 30- or 60-minute consultation with an attorney.

Where are you located?

Our office is at 550 W. Cypress Creek Rd, Suite 370, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Calls are held online, so you don't need to come in.
