Johanna Jimenez is a deeply experienced and resourceful immigration attorney licensed in both the United States and Canada. Johanna earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa, where she distinguished herself as a rigorous legal thinker. She also holds a Master of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences, where she graduated at the top of her class, specializing in Health Promotion with a minor in Psychology. She is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Alberta, Canada, and is eligible for admission in New York. Before entering private practice, Johanna worked in Indigenous governance, global environmental policy, and international advocacy, including negotiations before the United Nations.
